Microsoft is reaching out it's hand to freelance, and small web development company's by offering licenses to Windows Server 2008, Visual Studio, Expression Studio, and many other tools for up to three years. If your company is bought, or goes public in the three years. You owe Microsoft $100. Something your likely not to be sweating.
